I have been lifting for 2 years now and only used 3 n.o supplements in my
lifting period so i will be reviewing these 3 and give you my honest opinions.

superpump 250

Superpump 250 is one of the best pre workout supplements that i used until know .
It mixes well and the grape cooler flavor taste just awesome.
The first day i tried this supplements i started with one scoop and went to the gym to see if this thing really worked.
while i was working out i started to feel a bit dizzy but not energized at all so that day i worked out for only a half hour because i was dissappointed .
two days later i took 3 scoops of super pump 250 on a emty stomach and there is where i saw the power of this supplement.
I felt like i could lift anything in the gym and was very focused on my exercicises.
I knew than that if i want the supplement to work on me i need to take it on an emty stomach so from now on i am using superpump 250 for 3 months.

n.o xplode

The next nitric oxide supplement that i used is bsn n.o explode and ordered the 5 sample pack on bodybuilding.com.
The firts day i tried one packet and put it in my shaker bottle with 6oz of water and shaked the hell out of it ,next thing i noticed was my shaker lid popping up.
so i drank it and went to the gym and felt noting and made me sick to my stomach, the next time i used it was on an emty stomach and again felt noting.
The 3th time i used it again on an emty stomach but this time i did not shake it but stirred it with a fork and to my surrprise it tasted diffrent and got me all energized in like 15 minutes but not like the superpump.
So this pre workout supplement is not bad but for some reasons i like the superpump better than n.o explode but thats just me .

White Flood

White flood is also a great pre-workout supp. what i like about it was that it had a smooth energy that lasted for like 6 hours of the day and then felt really tired .
To be honest with you this product kicks ass but makes you feel jittery that’s why i rated it as the 3th product but for the rest this is awesome.I think if controlled labs start working on removing that what makes you jittery ,then this product will the most sold pre supp next to bsn and gaspari.
It’s very importand to take these products in cycle’s not just N.O pruducts but also creatine ,this means that you should stop using the product for 3 weeks after taking it for a whole month.
I remeber using creatine a while back for like 5 weeks long but on the 4th week of using it i started to get backpains but though that these pains where comming from the computer chair so i bought a new chair (lol)
The pain was still there than decided to stop the creatine to see if that was causing th pain and to my surrpirse the pain was gone in 2 days, so remember to cycle off.
